u can see the left side of my hand has a shadow with the primer and on the right is without. it definitely makes a difference! i make sure to pack shadow onto the primer as opposed to rubbing it. this reminds me of the elf eye primer that i used back in the day--its smooth, invisible, and not too sticky

My holy grail eye primer
Great base for both powder and liquid eye shadows. Helps to brighten up chalky or sheer colors and fives and even surface for me to work with. I have hooded lids and this gives me a little extra assurance that things will stay put.
