For a no-budge pop of color:
1. Prep eyelids with Shadow Fix Eyeshadow Primer to give your eyeshadow a more vibrant and longer-lasting wear. Wait 20-30 seconds for formula to dry.

2. Apply Matte Fluid Eye Paint to eyelids with fingers or your favorite tool for as much or as little as you’re into. The canvas is yours!

3. Want a little sparkle? Using your fingers or a brush, apply your favorite shade of Fractal Glitter Eye Paint on top of Matte Fluid Eye Paint.

To wear as eyeliner:
Gently tap (don’t sweep!) the formula using a stamping motion on the lashline using an angled eyeliner brush.
