What is about-face’s return policy (US only)?
We want you to be obsessed with your product. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days to process a return. Head to our returns page to get started. If you don’t see the return option there, or need additional help with a return or exchange, please reach out to us directly at help@aboutface.com. 

Please note: we only offer about-face store credit for physical returns. Green returns are up to customer service's discretion. Exchanges can be made for bags and clothing items only. At this time, we do not offer refunds for sale or discontinued items/orders, such as bundles and sitewide sales. 

P.S. Because we are an environmentally conscious brand, we don’t need you to send your product back to us once you’ve processed a return. Let’s cut back on waste together. Exclusions apply.
