SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Pre-orders will start shipping on January 25th, 2021! Pre-order now to reserve yours.

Where do you currently ship to?

about-face currently ships to the 50 States, Mexico, Canada, all countries in Europe, the UK, and Brazil. 

We are always working to grow our about-face community for the many of you. If we don’t reach you yet, let us know where you are! Slide in our DM’s or tag us @aboutfacebeauty.

How do I qualify for domestic free shipping?

All domestic orders above $35.00 will trigger free shipping!

What is your international shipping policy?

We offer $9.50 flat rate shipping on all international orders. We currently ship to Mexico, Canada, all countries in Europe, the UK, and Brazil. 

My tracking isn’t working!

Oh no! Sometimes it takes 1-2 days to populate with our carriers. If it isn't working at all, reach out at help@aboutface.com and we will get it solved ASAP.

My order has the wrong shipping address.

How can I learn more about a product?

Are about-face products suitable for all skin types?

Our products are appropriate for all skin types: they’re dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic, non-irritating, and formulated without parabens.

We are for everyone, and every skin type. All of our products are vegan, and formulated without Parabens, Phthalates or Synthetic Fragrances.

Will my product melt/dry/freeze/expire/etc.?

If the product is in extreme hot or cold climates for a short period of time, the formula may separate or have texture changes. 

It is recommended that you use our products within 3 years of production, or 6 months after it is opened. We have a feeling you will want to use them way before then!

Is about-face cruelty free?

Absolutely. We love all of Earth's creatures in every form. We do not, and will not ever test on animals. We also work to ensure all of our products are vegan :)

Can I sell about-face products on my own site?

We appreciate an entrepreneurial spirit, but all items purchased are for personal use only. Resale or distribution on any platform is not permitted. Orders may be subject to termination if suspected of diversion activities.

How do I qualify for a free Shadowstick?

During our pre-order, all orders above $20.00 qualify for a free Shadowstick! We can't wait to see the shade you choose. :)

How do I check my order status?

How do I update an order?

When will I be charged?

As soon as your order is fully processed.

What kinds of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept checks or money orders.

I think my payment was declined.

GIFT CARDS

I got a gift card! How do I redeem it?

Enter your gift card number at checkout, on the right side of your screen. We can’t wait to see what you choose!

How can I use my gift card to shop about-face?

Gift cards work just like store credit. Once entered at checkout, it will automatically be applied to your order. For orders under your balance, the credit will roll over to your next purchase, and for orders over you can pay the remaining balance via any of our payment method options (credit card/ debit card/ PayPal, etc!)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I need to return or exchange a product!

What is about-face’s return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.
