Confusing customer service experience
I’m not going to leave a bad review about the bag but the process of me trying to get one was odd. I ordered this bag the day it dropped and when it arrived I received the wrong item. It was a holiday kit. When I reached out to customer service they told me the bag was unfortunately unavailable and they didn’t know when it would be back…however, in the time since I received that email the bag was never pulled down or marked as sold out. How did this make any sense? I had my boyfriend place an order for the same bag and it just arrived today. I don’t understand in the slightest how this could have happened and I thought the entire experience was disappointing. I still love this brand and I will still support it but again, this makes no sense and was very frustrating to me.
