ENROLL:
How do I sign up for about-face_____ARTISTS Loyalty Program?
You can sign up HERE. Just fill out the required information and you’ll start earning points for every dollar you spend, starting with 100 points just for signing up.
What information do I need to create my loyalty profile?
In order to create your loyalty account, you’ll need to provide the following information:
first name, last name, email address, phone number, password (minimum 5 characters), zip code, birthday and month (year is optional)
Does signing up for the loyalty program automatically enroll me in about-face email and SMS communications?
When you sign up for our loyalty program you are automatically signed up to our email lists. However, you can always unsubscribe by using the button at the end of our emails ends.
EARN & REDEEM:
Is there a minimum order value for any purchase where points are applied for a discount?
Yes, rewards can only be used on orders $55+
Do points get revoked if you cancel your order or make a return?
Yes, they automatically get revoked.
Alt: Yes, once points are applied to an order they can not be refunded to your account.
Do points get revoked if your order is marked as fraud?
Yes, they automatically get revoked.
How long can I go without making a purchase before my tier status drops?
If you make no purchases for 3 months and your points are at 0, you will lose your status and automatically drop down to Tier 1.
How does the points system work?
All artists earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
Turn your points into cash to spend on future purchases.
100 points = $5 reward ($55+ order to redeem)
200 points = $15 reward ($75+ order to redeem)
400 points = $30 reward ($125+ order to redeem)
How do I redeem my points for rewards and experiences?
Points can be redeemed on aboutface.com. We offer various types of rewards that can be found in the reward shop of your account section. Rewards are constantly being updated, so be sure to check back often!
Can my points be used as currency/tender?
No, loyalty points do not have cash value and are non-transferable.
Can I return a reward I redeemed?
Rewards are non-returnable, non-refundable and hold no cash value.
Can I use my points in combination with promo codes?
Please check official disclaimers for each promotion.
Can I redeem multiple rewards in the same transaction?
Yes, some promotions can be redeemed together. Please check the official promotion disclaimers.
How many points do I earn per dollar spent on aboutface.com?
1 point per $1 spent.
I've made a purchase before creating my loyalty profile. Can I still earn points for my previous transaction(s)?
Unfortunately, no. Rewards will start accumulating from the point in which you create your loyalty profile.
Can I earn points for purchasing at retail locations?
Unfortunately not at this time.
TIER STATUS:
How do I reach a new tier?
In order to reach a new tier, you need to accumulate the appropriate number of points in a given calendar year. Upon enrollment, all members will fall into Tier 1 — Novice.
The point values of each tier are:
ENTHUSIAST — Free to join
FANATIC – Spend $75+ every 3 months
ARTIST – Spend $150+ every 3 months
Does my tier status expire?
Your tier status is valid for 3 months after your last order. You will need to maintain your points status to remain in the tier after that date. Otherwise, you will drop to the respective tier for the points you earned in that year.
When will my points or member/level reset?
Points will expire 3 months after your last order. Your points will not expire as long as you make a purchase every 3 months.
Every 3 months, members must accrue enough points to remain in their current tier. If you do not maintain your points, you will drop down to the tier equivalent to the points accrued for the year.

How do I deactivate my account?
Please contact customer service at help@aboutface.com in order to deactivate your account.
REFER-A-FRIEND:
How does the Refer an Artist program work?
You're provided a unique link to share with fellow artists, gifting them $10 off their first purchase of $30+. Once they place their order, you will also receive $10 to put toward a future purchase of $30+.
How many people can use my link?
Up to 5 fellow artists can use your link.
How do the artists use my link?
The link takes them to a special page where their $10 will automatically be appleid to their $30+ purchase. Note: if they navigate away from this page or finish their transaction in a separate tab, we may not be able to track the referral. Artists must use the referral link that you share with them and complete their transaction within 4 weeks.
When will I receive my reward?
You'll automatically receive your reward via email once the artist makes a purchase.
Will I get my reward if my friend cancels their order?
No, if your friend cancels their order, you will not receive your reward.
Will the discount apply to all items in the cart?
Yes, with the exception of already-discounted items and bundles.
