before trying this for the first time, being that the product is named butter, I imagined my lips as a piece of toast - how would I like this butter if I were toast lol & I believe that i'd be a very happy piece of toast to be covered in this goodness. this is the best, butteriest, buttah of the butters. It melts across my lips like your favorite butter glides and melts simultaneously into the nooks and crannies of that crunchy bite of heaven you're about to dive into (like sourdough). & you know how when you put the toast up to your mouth, ready to take a bite and you inhale the butter even more because it's passing through your nose and mouth.. well, this butter is just like that. I am addicted to the smell of these things. they hold a strong power over me just like 'I can't believe it's not butter butter' had over me as a child. If I was a piece of toast, i'd be the happiest piece of toast lol it really does glide on your lips like butter, I have fun clicking it to get more product & the smell... well, it's divine. not overpowering in any way, just the perfect notes of sweetness. you can control how much pigment you want by the amount of product you apply & if you want your lips to shine like a diamond, then pile that goodness on. doesn't leave any residue on the lips when it fades.
