Apply Light Lock Powder to cheekbones, bridge of nose, cupid’s bow, chin, and brow bone. Use your fingers or your favorite highlight brush to buff out.

I own MULTIPLE high end highlighters and I feel like none of them are as shimmery and long lasting as this one! The wear on it is so intense!!!!
i got the shade ice dusted because i was looking for a blinding highlighter and i knew ms halsey would not let me down. this did not disappoint! it went on so smoothly and felt really nice on my skin. i might have to look in to getting the other shades :)

I love the pigment of this and wear it as both an eyeshadow and highlight. It has a fun, holographic quality!
