Brow Artist:

STEP 01: Using spoolie, brush brows up to show any sparse areas + comb hairs into place.

STEP 02 Fill in brows with hair-like strokes using eyebrow pencil. Start at the inner corner of brows to lightly define this area, moving into the arch of brows to add more pigment and thickness.

STEP 03: Use the spoolie again to blend color into brow hairs for all-day, strong hold.

Line Artist:

Start at the inner corner of the eye, placing the eyeliner pencil as close to the lash line as possible. Glide across lash line for a precise line, or blend out (prior to formula drying) for a smokier look.

To access the sharpener, pull the cap off the back of the pencil. Twist the liner in a clockwise motion until desired sharpness is achieved.

First, lock down your look with Shadow Fix Eye Primer. Swipe on Vinyl Effect Eye Gloss as a final step [post-mascara] for a dewy, radiant finish. Eye Gloss can be worn over Matte Fluid Eye Paint, Fractal Glitter Eye Paint, Shadowsticks or Line Artist Gel Eyeliner.
